Three Easy Steps to getting your cashplus prepaid Gold MasterCard(R).
1. Ask for a copy of the cashplus Gold card terms and conditions in store and read them before completing the application form on the reverse.
2. Hand your completed application form and at least two forms of identification (one must include a photograph, like your passport or driving license and one must prove your home address) to the cashier
3. Hand your form, the issue fees and whatever money you want to load onto your card to the cashier. You will then be given a temporary Cirrus(R) ATM card which you can  use immediately to withdraw cash. We will post your personalised cashplus Gold prepaid MasterCard to you within 7-10 days.
