A chargeable update to Emily is in the works and will be available late January 2010. In the meantime, we have some tips here which might prove useful.
After positive experiences using Fog Creek Copilot to provide remote-access support to our customers, we have decided to use Fog Creek's renowned FogBugz software to help us track bugs, customer support calls and public 'discussions'. We are in the process of setting this service up and further details will be announced in the coming week.

Following on from the previous news regarding the support forum, we've decided to leave it closed for the time being and simply extend the website support area instead. Registered users will find that there are company-specific pages (follow the support menu link above or over on the left).
Following frustrating 'hacking attempts' by (presumably) bored people, we've shut down our support forum. In time we will either resurrect the forum on more secure software or provide an alternative 'forum' for comments and discussion. In the meantime, email remains the best way to get our immediate attention!
